We received several emails from our author community in regards to why their articles are not published; after close monitoring, it seems all these articles was submitted without adhering to our submission guidelines. Some articles submitted even contain excessive html coding making the content format unpleasing to a readers’ eye. Once again we want to make ArticlesZoom one of the very best article directory, so please help us to help you make this happen. Thank you in advance!

Would like to extend our sincerely thanks for bearing with us these past few weeks as we faced several issues after upgrading to WP 3.0. We have finally managed to get all the addons and plugins to work perfectly now. Feel free to continue writing to us if you find anything out of place or not working as intended in the course of submitting your articles.

Due to popular demand by our valued authors and contributors, we have added a post view count on each article displayed just below the article title. A special thank you to all the suggestions and kind words of encouragements.

Integrated Tynt Insight to measure engagement of our author’s contents and churn copied content of all articles into more traffic and higher search rank. So how will this help you as one of our authors? Well each time a visitor copies content from your article and pastes into an email, blog or website, we automatically add a URL link back to your article. So not only will you get credit when your content is copied but more importantly, generate more readership and eyeballs on your article with ArticleZoom.org.

Improved navigation for lengthy articles with a ‘To the Top’ button. Started 2 campaigns of link-building to improve search positioning which should be visible in 60 – 90 days time.

Added Translation button at the navigation bar which will translate the article and comments to 58 languages quickly using AJAX and the Google Language API. Our intention is to facilitate more readership to our author’s articles and accommodate readers language preference.

Just launched the ultra fast mobile version of ArticlesZoom for all the smartphone such as iPhone, Andriod, Nexus One and Nokia users out there. It will auto detect the browser and switch automatically. Mobile visitors can change to the default view by clicking on the link at the footer.

In our efforts to further enhance ArticlesZoom to be a truly premier destination for writers and authors, today we have implemented 3 new exciting features.

1] Author Ranking by Contribution
Points will be awarded based on the number of articles and comments posted. The top 10 authors will be featured on the sidebar throughout the entire portal. The ranking system is as follows:
Reader – 20
Author – 30
Journalist – 120
Scholar – 520
Professor – 1520
Novelist – 2520

2] Auto Article Checker
Based on predefined ruleset, all submitted articles will be screened based on subject, minimum length, maximum number of outgoing links and tags. We had to do this to lessen the workload of our moderators and deter junky articles which carry no readership value.

3] Show Post Status
Enable our moderators to see if a particular post is being edited to avoid unnecessary editing.

Firstly allow us to thank each and everyone of our contributors and readers for frequenting our article directory. As we strive to uphold our core values of making ArticlesZoom a truly premier article directory, we have implemented the following new procedures:

- Delete all authors with 0 published articles on a monthly basis.
- Check tags against the article subject and ensure they are consistent.
- Ensure graphics / images in articles are aligned effectively with the flow of content.
- Remove excessive use of text styles such as headings, bold and italics.

Last but not least, a special thanks to our moderators for all their invaluable hard work and dedication.
